Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products

Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.

All original equipment (OEM) parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All OEM parts must be returned in their original wrapper or box. The original OEM part number label must be affixed to the part. The packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging and original part number label will not be accepted. All OEM parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical, ignition, discontinued and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Any items which have been "taken out for a ride" or installed is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike. Please read the labels of the items to ensure fitment prior to using or installing.
Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Wrong Item Received

1DOWN Biker Supply House will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges.1DOWN Biker Supply House will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1DOWN Biker Supply House will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
